On the way home, we stopped in one little spot and it was around 4pm and the tide was coming in , and as most of the water in the small ports and bays in frozen, we saw something we would most likely not see again for a while. The waves coming were hitting the ice, and well, the ice was soft, but not soft enough to be broken up. Instead the waves were rippling the ice and created swells in the ice as the water rolled in. It was amazing, I ended up taking a video of the time we stood and watched it, but it was just amazing. You dont see that very much in other coastal areas, Newfoundland is truly one of a kind.
Newfoundland was called one of the four corners of the earth, and for good reason. There are so many places that are really just indescribable, I could try, but even still, you would have to see it.
Not to mention, the icebergs will soon be coming in, in about two or three weeks youll start to see a few coming in, but in about a moths time or two, youll see so many and the tours will start, and well, many would think its just a hunk of ice and they makes ships sink ..well, that is true, but the fact is, an iceberg is never is the same twice. As they melt the change, and only 10% is really above water, as it melts and the weight shifts, I moves and flips itself, and turns, and other parts are exposed.
Anyways, enough of my babbling, Ill post up the pictures of the trip now.
Enjoy
PS: I'm also going to do a repost on some images i love with a bit of detail on them tomorrow the 15th

People can't tell you who you are, nor can they tell you who you should be. You are yourself, and it all starts with Believeing in yourself.
